What does the free Explorer plan include?+
Explorer gives you full access to Module 1 (Pricing Foundations) with read-only community access. You can preview all downloadable artifacts and browse the complete syllabus, but artifact downloads require a paid plan.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Explorer to Operator or Pro at any time. Your progress is preserved. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
What is a "learning path"?+
A learning path is a complete course — like Pricing Mastery for Operators (10 modules, 57 lessons). The Operator plan gives you full access to one learning path. Pro gives you access to all four.
Do you offer refunds?+
All paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. After the trial, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
